When there is a request for TAIKO to disclose, revise, or delete personal information that we have received from our customers, TAIKO will promptly respond as soon as the request can be confirmed to have come from the individual in question. We will inform the person making the request, however, when we cannot disclose some or all of the requested information.

TAIKO will strive to diligently comply with Japan’s laws, regulations, and other norms that apply to personal information in our possession and review and refine the contents of this policy as appropriate.
